• Provide support to human moderation team • Review online activity of students • Identify safeguarding risks • Contact Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) • Manage global team of Education Monitoring Analysts • Optimize workflow using AI tools • Conduct 121’s, annual reviews and coaching with analysts • Manage rotas and provide well-being support
Requirements
• Experience as a content moderator/analyst • Team Management Experience • Excellent customer, interpersonal and communication skills • Strong team player with the ability to work on own initiatives with creative ability to solve problems • Ability to self direct and manage own time to achieve goals • Degree educated or equivalent (Desirable) • Experience dealing with vulnerable situations (Desirable)
