Description
• The Marketing Content Designer will report directly to the Marketing Director, contributing to the development of social media content, landing pages, and email marketing with a keen understanding of UI/UX principles for ensuring brand consistency. • The ideal candidate will understand Gen Z and Millennial trends, integrating these into engaging, on-brand content across platforms. • Develop compelling content for social platforms, landing pages, and emails that speaks to Gen Z and millennial audiences. • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure all content aligns with Kixy’s brand messaging and marketing strategies. • Provide feedback to IT teams on user flow, brand consistency, and content alignment from a marketing perspective. • Help identify and collaborate with influencers that resonate with our target audience. • Stay up-to-date on trends popular among Gen Z and millennials, incorporating them into content strategies.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or design, preferably within the fintech, tech, or related industries. • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and experience with landing page builders and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot). • Strong understanding of Gen Z and millennial trends, with a proven ability to create content that resonates with these demographics. • Experience or knowledge of the financial industry is a plus. • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and give insightful feedback on brand alignment and user flow. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience working with influencers and developing influencer strategies is an advantage.
