Description

• Join Prezzee as a Client Success Manager to manage relationships and drive sales. • Help identify, develop and implement reward and gifting programs for clients. • Act as primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations. • Contribute to planning campaigns by identifying target audiences and creating messaging.

Requirements

• Proficiency in presenting to clients • Strong organisational and administrative skills • Ability to juggle various tasks and stay organised • Strong communication and engagement • Keen understanding of identifying opportunities and Key Account Management • Strong relationship management skills • Strong written skills/ability to produce sales collateral • Professional demeanour
