Description

• The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for conducting Strategic Business Development activities to new targets within prospect accounts • Activities will include conducting outbound calls, writing, and sending emails, participating in demos and setting up an initial meeting between the customer/prospect/partner and the assigned Account Executive. • BDR will take full responsibility of executing outbound campaigns within whitespace accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, or equivalent level of education • Prior business development experience – min 2-3 years • Must speak German and English (other languages a plus) • Hunter mentality • Process Driven • Goal-oriented, highly confident, self-motivated • Time Management and Organizational Skills • Communication Skills • Active Listening • Collaboration and Teamwork • Problem Solving and Creativity • Adaptability and Coachability
