Description

• This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced outbound sales professional to join our direct sales team to qualify and convert leads in a fast paced and fun environment. • You'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of £75k and the potential to earn £100k+ for top performers. • As a Business Development Executive, you’ll build a high quality pipeline of prospects and generate revenue by making outbound calls, booking meetings, following up with customers, using Social Selling tools, and much more. • Each interaction with a potential new customer is unique, and requires focus as well as solo thinking. • How you manage your pipeline will make a significant difference in hitting your KPIs.

Requirements

• Have past experience in sales, ideally within financial services • Be comfortable making cold outbound calls, and have an outstanding call manner • Be highly motivated, and excited to exceed targets • Be able to take on, and provide, quality feedback to power your own growth, as well as that of your teammates • Be organised and able to manage a large pipeline of prospects, with deals at various stages of progress • Be able to simplify and explain complex products in a way that customers with little experience in commercial financing can easily understand • Understand the challenges facing small businesses • Have a good understanding of different financial products used by small businesses
