• As an Account Executive you will be responsible for initiating, developing, and growing new customer accounts within your assigned territory. • Your territory will be focused on law firms defined by geographical location and other criteria. • You will be responsible for managing an end-to-end sales cycle with opportunities in your territory - prospecting and identifying new opportunities, managing a consultative sales process, and working with other members of the Opus 2 team to develop lasting relationships with each new customer in your territory.
• Degree or equivalent experience required; law firm or LegalTech sales experience required; litigation background preferred. • Ability to work from home and travel as needed. • Minimum of 4 years' successful outside sales experience selling software solutions into law firms (additional years of experience preferred). • Proven track record of sales success, forecasting accuracy, and consistently achieving performance at 100%+. • Ambitious self-starter with fantastic follow-through and ability to develop strong long-term client relationships. • Working knowledge of sales process, methods, and techniques for successfully managing a complex consultative sales cycle that includes a variety of influencers/decision-makers within a law firm. • Proven track record of developing new customer accounts requiring prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting and closing ability. • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations, provide product demonstrations and to effectively communicate value proposition. • Proven organization and time management skills and ability to work independently. • Demonstrated ability to learn the Opus 2 solutions quickly through self-initiative and discipline. • Highly proficient in MS Office suite, utilizing a CRM (such as Salesforce preferred) and overall strong written and verbal communication skills. • SaaS solution selling experience preferred.
