• We are seeking a Senior Director, People to partner with us in building a generation-defining consumer tech company • You will play a critical role in shaping our company culture, scaling the team globally, and developing talent strategies • Nothing is in a high growth phase and this role will be critical in implementing the infrastructure for scale
Requirements
• Experience of leading HR in a fast-paced growth stage company • Experience of building effective talent acquisition strategies and processes in a fast growing company • Business savvy; understanding how to leverage HR as the biggest driver of commercial outcomes • Great at thinking strategically and crafting plans, but even better at implementation • Proven experience in a global or multi-regional organisation, preferably in the technology sector • Passionate about fostering a positive, meritocratic, and high-performance workplace culture
