Description
• Nothing is looking for a passionate Legal Counsel to take responsibility for the UK, EU & USA. • You will help define and develop our legal operations, issues and strategy, working closely and reporting into the General Counsel in our HQ in London. • You will operate with autonomy and within the international team and be excited to take on new tasks and projects in a fast paced environment. • Previous experience in working with Hardware and/or Software for consumer focussed companies is highly advantageous. • You will demonstrate exceptional commercial acumen, as well as high attention to detail and are able to contribute to a growing and talented finance and legal team. • Enjoying and thriving in a growing business with a deep founded love of Law and Business.
Requirements
• Qualified to practise law in UK or Hong Kong, with Mandarin/ Cantonese language skills • Demonstrable experience practising law relating to general corporate with a reputable law firm in UK, Hong Kong or US • 3-5 Years PQE • Experience on smartphone and/or consumer electronics is preferred • Report to the General Counsel, working on site in the London HQ 5 days per week
