Description
• Senior Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice while managing risk on commercial operations. • Review and negotiate sales contracts; manage the full life cycle of contract negotiations. • Provide general legal support for employment matters and track immigration issues. • Manage compliance matters including export, HR, and legal record keeping. • Issue and track paperwork for new stock option grants, option exercises.
Requirements
• UK-qualified lawyer with at least 5-8 years PQE • Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on different types of commercial transactions • Experience collaborating with other cross-functional teams supporting Sales • Able to do some domestic and international travel for the company (1-3 times per year) • Expert communication skills (preferred) • Experience in Intellectual Property, Corporate Governance, and Employment Law (preferred) • Experience supporting a global sales organization (preferred) • Experience doing business with regulated industries (preferred)
