Description
• Focus on licensing for fashion, entertainment, and lifestyle brands • Articulate positions related to IP licensing • Draft and negotiate consumer product merchandising, marketing, and entertainment deals • Interact regularly with internal business units • Provide advice on trademarks and intellectual property • Implement corporate policies and programs • Review, negotiate, and draft various types of agreements
Requirements
• 3-4 years of post-qualification legal experience • Proven ability to handle specific assignments and general policies • Demonstrated ownership and accountability • Proficiency with M.S. Office • Strong organizational and project management skills • Detail-oriented, resourceful, adaptable, flexible, and discreet • Plus: Experience in general corporate matters, data/privacy law (optional)
