• Shape and influence privacy practices and policies • Work on compliance projects covering agreements, policies, procedures, and training • Guide privacy-forward product development with teams • Serve as a privacy advisor providing strategic guidance • Conduct privacy impact assessments and review agreements for privacy provisions
• Qualified to practice law in the UK • 3+ years of relevant data protection and privacy experience at a law firm and/or in-house • Additional qualifications in data protection or technology law advantageous (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/US) • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in software, cloud services, or technology industry • Extensive knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, particularly GDPR and CCPA/CPRA • Familiarity with international law and cross-border data transfers • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Knowledge of the software industry and emerging tech trends
