• Manage and oversee all aspects of our Amazon 1P & 3P, Bestbuy.com, Walmart.com and eBay.com. • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and drive traffic to our Amazon listings. • Collaborate with sales leaders to develop accurate sales forecasts, track progress against targets, and make adjustments as needed. • Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure products are consistently in stock and available for customers. • Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify opportunities and threats, adjust strategies accordingly, and stay ahead of the competition. • Implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, profitability, and market trends. • Collaborate with content creators to optimize product listings, including images, titles, descriptions, and keywords, to enhance discoverability and conversion rates. • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. • Manage Amazon advertising campaigns in partnership with our advertising agency partners as well as promotions, and sponsored product listings to increase visibility and sales. • Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and other key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve performance. • Stay informed about Amazon's policies and guidelines and ensure that our account(s) and product listings are in compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • At least 5 years of work experience with proven experience in Amazon account management and e-commerce. • Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithms, and best practices. • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and other relevant tools. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Detail-oriented and highly organized. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and profitability goals. • Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising is a plus.
