Description

• The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns, managing target audiences, designing engaging templates, proofreading emails, ensuring mobile-friendliness, creating newsletters, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Email Marketing within Digital Marketing and Advertising services. eCommerce experience is highly desired. • Proven experience in Generating leads using email marketing tools, strategies, and approaches. • Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS, web analysis, and content management systems. • Proficiency in marketing and email automation technology and tools. • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics, A/B testing, and CRM tools. • Familiarity with analytical, database tools, and reporting. • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. • Strong project management skills, and An ability to work under tight deadlines. • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Team player, and Good time-management skills. • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills • Knowledge of email template design and customization • Familiarity with mobile-friendly email design principles • Understanding of audience segmentation and list management • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics • Experience with lead generation and database management • Knowledge of industry policies and best practices for email marketing • Basic graphic design skills for enhancing email templates • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
