Description

• Manage native platforms such as Outbrain, Taboola, Gemini, etc. • Execute optimization of targeting messaging, spending, and bids across campaigns to meet and exceed the client’s ROAS goals • Understand client's needs and metrics and communicate actionable insights to all stakeholders • Analyze performance data for each ad campaign and provide practical solutions • Execute media test plans with analytics to assess the impact of the campaigns on driving business objectives • Seek out additional learning opportunities to build upon your knowledge base • Become a thought leader in the native advertising space

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the influencer marketing space • Lead Generation account experience is a huge plus! • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and communication) • Prior track record of successfully managing and optimizing direct response campaigns to exceed goals of $30K of Ad spending and above • Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies and iterative test-and-learn optimization practices • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and relevant reporting tools • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies, and building marketing strategies • Maintain and build strong relationships with influencers, and high-profile networking • In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing and digital marketing industry • Great time management skills, and project management skills • Team player, high Emotional Intelligence, and Critical thinking • Experience within US, Canada, UK, and Australia markets and influencers • Able to within EU and US timezones
