• Build and lead a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. • Shape sales development strategy and influence growth trajectory. • Create a team of ambitious SDRs to drive business growth. • Develop outreach strategies and refine messaging for pipeline growth. • Ensure effective usage of Salesforce for tracking leads and performance.
• 3+ years in a Sales Development or Inside Sales role, with at least 2 year in a team lead or managerial role. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Ability to develop and execute effective SDR strategies tailored to the EMEA market. • Proficiency in analyzing performance data to drive decision-making and strategy refinement. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.AI, and other sales engagement platforms. • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing environment.
