Description
• Support the growth of the SDR program • Educate and qualify inbound/outbound leads in Nordics • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop opportunities • Conduct conversations with prospective customers to identify challenges • Leverage various tools to engage prospects • Create a positive prospect experience • Meet KPI’s for meetings held and sales opportunities generated
Requirements
• Prior SDR experience in a software company, and a B.A./B.S. degree • Bilingual - fluent in Swedish & English • Hard-working, self-starter with high activity volume • Positive phone skills: listening, presentation, and writing • Willing to learn new technologies; experience in SQL or related is a plus • Attention to detail in managing lead data in CRM • Proficient with productivity tools like Google Docs, MS-Office, Salesforce, and Zoominfo • Team player with integrity
