•We are looking for an enthusiastic, communicative and driven individual who will help deliver first and second line IT support both face to face, via tickets and phone calls. •Our internal IT Support team plays an essential role within a fast paced and demanding environment. •This person will be required to work on more complex issues, assist with projects and work closely with others IT teams such as IT Escalations, IT Infrastructure and IT Security. •This role will be based at our City Office with a rotation of working a week at our Romford office every 3-4 weeks, including working from home once you have successfully completed your settling in period.
•To deliver IT support to a varied user base of over 900 users. •To configure and support a variety of IT hardware around the firm. •To help with new starter inductions, become an application super user and provide training to users. •To adhere to IT processes and daily tasks •Work within a shift rotation (between 0700-1900 Mon-Fri) and provide out of hours support (24/7) on rotation
