Oversee and manage HR operations across the UK, Canada, and the USA. Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, handling day-to-day inquiries and sensitive matters. Manage HR administration tasks including compensation, benefits, legal issues, HRIS management, employee surveys, and policy updates. Support employee onboarding, organize training and development initiatives, and assist with performance management. Drive a culture of continuous feedback and employee engagement. Assist with talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Help plan and coordinate employee events and team bonding activities.
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior HR role in the UK. Experience understanding and managing Canada and USA teams / employment practices and laws is necessary. Strong understanding of HR functions including talent management, employee relations, employment law, benefits administration, and performance management in a global context. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization. Proven leadership capabilities with a proactive, energetic, and entrepreneurial approach. Ability to operate independently and collaborate across diverse teams. Confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment. Quick to learn new systems, processes, and procedures. Positive attitude and inquisitive nature, thriving in a dynamic and evolving environment.
