Description

• You will act as the point of people expertise for your business area. • Work closely with business leaders and managers to support building their people capability. • Plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives. • Utilise the MI and data to drive decision making across the business areas. • Coach and provide guidance to management team on people related matters. • Owns and manages all employee relations for their business unit. • Involvement in employee engagement monitoring and action planning. • Monitors and identifies current and future talents ensuring collaboration with teams. • Provides guidance on business structure and changes that provide efficiencies. • Supports the implementation and management of succession planning.

Requirements

• Bring people expertise and developing solutions to support the business area to deliver its strategy. • Influences and builds relationships with people around the business. • Acts as a local point of people expertise for specialist teams that are implementing new people approaches. • Questions and challenges others to get to the root of people and business issues. • Coaches and provides feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency. • Demonstrate experience of working in a fast paced changing environment implementing small and large scale people change. • Commercial awareness • Willingness to get stuck in with ad hoc tasks and support the wider people team. • Strong employee relations and legislation knowledge
