•We are looking for a Regulatory Lawyer to join our in-house legal team. •Play a pivotal role in supporting the rapid growth of our business, within a complex and fast changing regulatory market.
•Record of accomplishment in a similar role eager to push and contribute to a scaling business. •Deep knowledge of E Money Regulations and Payment Services Regulation. •Strong understanding of the FCA's approach to regulation. •Experience advising EMIs or PIs in the payments sector. •An optimistic outlook, can-do attitude and open personality that likes to have fun at work as well as getting the job done. •Excellent stakeholder management experience, as it is essential to being a success in this role. •c8 years PQE, ideally from a top tier private practice firm experience with in-house experience from a Fintech or high-growth firm (or bank).
