Description

• You will report directly to the General Counsel, and play a key part in the leadership of the Legal and Compliance Team. • Work collaboratively with our Product, Commercial, Finance, Collections and Credit Risk Teams to enhance existing products and develop innovative products and features. • Take on your own projects, partnering with the relevant business leads, identifying legal issues and pragmatic solutions. • Review and negotiate a wide range of contracts. • Manage our contracts management platform and identify ways to optimise existing contractual processes. • Instruct and manage external counsel.

Requirements

• You’re passionate about social impact, and want to help build a business that delivers a meaningful difference to society. • 4+ years PQE, qualified in English law. • Strong experience in consumer credit. • You have familiarity with data protection. • You’re actions-focused and thrive on taking matters from inception to completion. • You’re ready to roll your sleeves up and get involved.
