• Partner with sales leaders to be responsible for the day to day operational cadence of the business • Provide analytical thought leadership, create meaningful business insights, establish strategic operational priorities, and develop and allocate key performance metrics • Build, refine, rollout and monitor insights that will empower everyone in the sales organization to drive towards desired business outcomes • Continually evaluate the current system and processes, implementing elegant improvements that will drive additional output and scale as the organization grows • Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, customer success, and finance
• 5+ years Sales operations, Sales Planning, or Revenue Operations at a SaaS organization that has seen scale • Sales Planning & Strategy (incl. Salesforce sizing, territory design, capacity modeling and planning with running knowledge of both direct and indirect sales models • History of building repeatable processes, dealing with ambiguity, etc. (Consulting background a plus) • SFDC (advanced knowledge required) • Excellent command of Excel and high degree of confidence with handling and analyzing large data sets (SQL/Looker experience a plus) • Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision • Ability to frame business problems and communicate insights with a bias towards action
