• Develop, implement, and optimise sales processes and procedures • Partner with Finance and VP Growth on CRM setup • Drive sales forecasting and report generation • Maintain data integrity and align to standards • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams • Create and maintain a sales playbook • Ensure the Commercial Team has necessary tools for success
• 5+ years experience within Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS company • Proven track record of developing and implementing Sales Operations processes • Experience using a CRM management system (HubSpot) highly desirable • Highly organised and structured, with excellent prioritisation and project management skills • Sees data as a crucial part of decision-making • Personable, energetic, and motivated with exceptional communication skills • Humble and ambitious • Passion for construction, sustainability, and innovation
