• Work with CEO and deputy CEO to develop and implement central marketing strategy • Oversee and incorporate practice-level marketing initiatives within the group-level plan • Plan and execute events programme (approx. 25 a year) • Develop post-event strategies to leverage contacts and report on activity success • Identify ways to manage and grow our client and prospect database • Utilise HubSpot for database growth and marketing activity • Train and support the marketing team in using HubSpot • Develop and execute social media strategies that engage audience • Maintain and enhance the agency’s brand image across all marketing materials
• Significant experience in marketing, preferably within a PR/Communications organisation, marketing agency, or similar business • Strong knowledge of HubSpot and Google Analytics • Excellent reporting/data analysis skills • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies • Previous and demonstrable experience running events of all sizes • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication and interpersonal skills • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
