• Identify opportunities to create and develop new assets for sales teams • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms • Take ownership of our digital platforms, maintaining content across websites and social media • Identify ways to enhance these channels through new content and SEO strategies • Manage relationships with external agencies for market-tailored content • Work with internal quality teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Country Managers to deliver impactful marketing activities • Gather insights from sales teams to ensure campaign materials align with market needs • Track and analyse global and local campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement • Assist in planning and executing global events such as international congresses
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, OTC, or FMCG • Experience managing websites with third-party support • Proven track record in planning and overseeing the creation of compelling campaign content • A genuine passion for expanding a men’s health platform • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Proficiency in both written and spoken English • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) • Understanding of ABPI or experience working within a highly regulated environment (preferable) • Experience with prescription products (esp. Men's or Women’s Health) (preferable) • Foreign language skills (preferable)
