Description
• We're proactively seeking a Manager - to own, lead, manage and further develop our most amazing EMEA Business Development Team to help us on this path and meet our growth objectives. • Responsible for driving EMEA's sales growth through strategic planning, team management and enablement, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
• Experience in managing a Team, as well as in recruiting & retaining top-talent • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel and work across different time zones as needed.
