Description

• Develop strong client relationships at all levels and be seen as a trusted partner. • Address any issues (campaign and relationship based) immediately to ensure a mutually acceptable resolution • Ensure clear and frequent communication with teams (direct and internal expert teams) so they are clear on client expectations • Research and build learning documents for monthly learning sessions • Be responsible for ensuring that the delivery process runs smoothly and all outputs (internal and client facing) are delivered to a high quality • Follow internal workflow procedures, identifying issues and suggesting improvements where required

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Integrated Media Manager or similar • Able to translate detailed media plans into digestible bitesize content • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is desirable • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management and organisational abilities • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
