• Build Klaviyo’s client base across EMEA • Actively manage pipeline for long-term sustained success • Support peers' success • Exhibit Klaviyo’s values of accountability and effort • Provide guidance and support to new Account Executives • Expand skillset by participating in adjacent tasks over time
• Minimum 1 years' experience carrying net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions • Experience selling to Founders/Business Owners/Marketing personas in the Ecommerce/Retailers/Brands domain • Experience in high-velocity and high-volume sales environment • Experienced in outbound sales with creative techniques/strategies • Fluent in English & German (written & verbal) • Excited, motivated, inspired by exceeding goals • Strong growth mindset and continually seek improvement • Encouraging, thoughtful, engaging, energetic team player • Adept at influencing and relationship building • Full authorization to work in the UK without restrictions
