• We are looking for a Technology Recruiter to help us identify, interview, and hire experienced candidates across our Engineering teams in our EMEA offices. • People and relationships drive our recruiting approach. • Hiring the right people is one of the most important parts of our business.
• 8+ years of professional experience recruiting top-notch technologists • Deep experience managing a pipeline of candidates from initial engagement to onboarding, and collaborating with hiring managers to kick off novel searches from scratch • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude • Motivated self-starter who can prioritise tasks effectively and turn ideas into action • Humble attitude about what you know and don’t know; not afraid to ask questions and admit mistakes • Ability to exercise discretion and be thoughtful about internal and external communication • Strong team player, with the ability to work effectively within and across various teams, and independently as appropriate • Natural inclination to prioritise in a commercial manner, and keep candidates and hiring managers fully informed throughout a search • Willing to travel throughout the year to recruiting conferences and events • Fluency in English required
