Requirements
• Strong background working within an in-house talent team • Hands-on experience recruiting talent within the gaming industry • Proficient in strategic sourcing tactics • Skilled in building and maintaining talent pipelines • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Ability to influence stakeholders • Proactive problem-solver • Innovative in talent initiatives • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong analytical skills • Technically proficient in Google Suite • Team player • Background in building external talent networks and organizing engaging events
