• Partnering with Engineering & Product leadership to attract bright talent • Guide candidates through hiring process end-to-end • Manage Full Recruitment Lifecycle • Source Candidates across various technical functions • Conduct Interviews and assess candidate fit • Build Talent Pipelines for future job openings • Onboarding Support for new hires
• 3-5 years of experience as one of: 1) at an executive search 2) on a recruiting team within a start-up or corporate environment or 3) as an external recruiter. • Focused on finding top-talent through nurturing, creative outbound campaigns, and A/B testing job specs • Self-starter and interested in building a hyper-growth business • Target-driven, detail-oriented, and sense of urgency • Ability to identify candidates fitting job roles immediately • Thrive on connecting others and being a go-to for top-talent
