• Manage full lifecycle recruitment across multiple requisitions and org functions simultaneously - from sourcing to offer extension & negotiation. • Map, identify, and engage top-tier talent with relevant web3 skills & experience. • Serve as a talent advisor to internal teams and Hiring Managers, helping shape candidate evaluation and org design processes. • Provide expert candidate care and serve as a candidate advocate throughout the process.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant recruitment & sourcing experience, ideally in the tech or specifically web3 industry. • Proven track record of hiring top-tier and niche talent, both technical & non-tech, across levels, functions, and regions. • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a high degree of professionalism. • Deep project management and organization skills with a knack for building & scaling recruitment processes. • Strong working knowledge or interest in blockchain technology and trends. • Ability to prioritize, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. • Willingness to occasionally travel and work across various time zones.
• Build the Starknet Foundation's employment brand through social media, events, and as an organization ambassador. • Partner with recruitment agencies and vendors for search assistance.
