• We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our iwocaPay team • iwocaPay works with sellers to offer innovative Trade Credit and BNPL solutions for business customers. • The iwocaPay Strategy and Insights team is a small but mighty team that owns the business intelligence reporting tools that other teams rely on, and conducts analyses, bringing insights that drive strategic decisions and influence prioritisation of projects. • You’ll help the sales team manage our customer relationship management (CRM) data and uncover insights to drive more relevant leads to iwocaPay. • The role will include collaboration with the Sales team and data ownership.
• 3+ years analytical experience working in a B2B environment supporting sales, managing data, and uncovering insights. • Proficiency in SQL and exposure to database management. • Experience with business intelligence or data visualisation tools. We use Looker, but exposure to Tableau, PowerBI, etc. is great as well. • Possess a strong analytical background, clear communication skills, and a growth mindset. • Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or other product intelligence platforms. • Experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms. • A statistical background or experience setting up, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
