• We’re looking for a Junior Technical Integration Manager with a passion for helping partners build high quality API Integrations in order to efficiently refer customers to us. • The successful candidate will ensure new partners are onboarded seamlessly, and our existing partners are maximising value from their integrations. • Therefore, we are looking for someone who has the curiosity, desire and capability to learn how to master the iwoca Lending API and ensure successful API integrations are delivered.
• Desire & capability to learn skills in API debugging and API best practices. • Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbally. • Excellent stakeholder relationship building, and stakeholder management skills. • An eye for detail and great curiosity to review complex processes using a data led approach. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar discipline. • Ability to identify, analyse and drive changes to help the team work smarter. • English is our business language, but any German language skills will be useful. • Team player with a fine balance of confidence, gravitas, humility, and enthusiasm: you will need to work with various teams to get stuff done in a rapidly growing environment.
