• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and retention strategies. • Proven track record in managing digital campaigns across channels such as paid search, social media, email marketing, and other demand generation platforms. • Experience in offline marketing such as organising events, trade shows, or partner activations to drive lead acquisition. • Strong ability to track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). • Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, campaign optimisation, and reporting on KPIs. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams to ensure success. • Hands-on experience in managing budgets and maximising marketing ROI. • Ability to think creatively and identify new channels or methods to activate growth. • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or similar platforms. • Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies is a plus.
