Description
• We need a technically-minded Product Manager to take ownership for a new domain, managing the experience actuaries provide to underwriters through their model building activities in our core product, hx Renew. • You will have ownership of the strategy in this space and you will get to make your mark and establish a best-in-class model experience.
Requirements
• Proven experience working as a Product Manager with a track record of successful product delivery in technical products (ideally at a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company). • Demonstrable examples of working closely with engineering and design functions to build out composable experiences for users with complex interactions. • Demonstrable experience working with a technical team with a highly technical product or service within its core responsibilities. • A highly collaborative way of working with a heavy emphasis on teamwork and leading through influence; you empower teams to deliver the best solutions to problems and opportunities. • A self-starting attitude: you enjoy managing your own time and work, within a high trust and high accountability, but high-support environment. You proactively drive your own personal development and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and challenges. • Past experience building low-code/no-code solutions would be considered favourably. • Past experience in a front-end engineering role would be considered favourably as well.
