• Set the vision for our Growth discipline, spearheading initiatives to optimise the user journey • Drive user acquisition, onboarding, activation, adoption, retention and monetisation by working closely with cross-functional teams
• A proven track record of developing and executing a comprehensive product-led growth strategy, especially in resource-constrained environments • Superb analytical abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive initiatives across various teams including engineering, marketing and customer success • Possess a hacker mentality with structured problem-solving skills, emphasising creativity and the ability to breakdown ambiguous problems into solvable components. • Be the “growth expert” across the company, from working with product analytics to experimentation, you know how use data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis and find a way to know what our customers are thinking. • Take initiative and set a rapid pace of execution, taking ownership of optimising business performance throughout the funnel, independently developing solutions to problems and thinking beyond product features
