Description
• Take a user-centric approach to form the vision, roadmap, and goals for END. products. • Work with Head of Product and Product team to build and deliver the roadmap. • Lead cross-functional teams, proactively removing obstacles and improving processes. • Maintain quality of all releases and hold tech partners to defined acceptance criteria. • Define and analyse metrics that inform product success and health.
Requirements
• Solid understanding of E-Commerce with a focus on trade maximising company KPI's. • Track record of working on and delivering projects and product enhancements. • Strong understanding of product-building areas including engineering, data/analytics and design. • Customer centricity – Understand END's customers and their problem points. • Work closely with software engineers and QA and delivery team. • Understand and communicate using technical terms for collaboration. • Experience working within agile frameworks. • Knowledge of omnichannel and willingness to learn improvements. • Experience in experimentation and solid understanding of A/B testing processes. • Able to work with stakeholders to translate needs into tech requirements.
