Description

• As an Account Manager within our Reputation & Communications team, you will cover enterprise tech, fintech, healthtech, and more. • You will focus on delivering varied and creative campaigns for a range of B2B tech clients, from marketing software to mobile app-focused businesses, ranging from edgy startups to established market leaders. • Think ahead to move your client forward seamlessly in the upcoming months. • Utilize your understanding of Hotwire’s offerings to create innovative campaign ideas that hit business objectives and foster organic growth. • Develop and apply a commercially minded approach to your work. • Actively seek new business and agency opportunities to enhance your profile and expertise within Hotwire. • Stay in a state of ‘discovery’ with clients, asking strategic questions to uncover business pain points and opportunities for growth. • Oversee a portfolio of 6-8 clients, managing budgets and team hours with senior oversight. • Lead client and campaign execution with minimal senior support, ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations. • Maintain and build strong influencer relationships to support clients and enhance campaigns. • Think with an integrated mindset, managing campaigns across media relations, social media, events, and owned content. • Inspire and drive junior team members to reach their full potential, acting as the right-hand person to your Account Director or Senior Account Director. • Be hands-on and a real team player, ready to support wherever needed.

Requirements

• Experience in a dynamic communications environment, ideally within the innovation, tech, or B2B space. • A genuine interest in and thorough knowledge of technology and digital commerce. • Superb client relationship skills. • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. • Creative thinking and excellent writing skills. • Sound strategic sense. • Strong media, social media, and wider influencer contacts. • Experience in delivering digital campaigns. • A real team player attitude. • Entrepreneurial outlook with eagerness for new business. • Ambition, drive, and motivation.
