• Help customers unlock the full potential of Humaans. • Ensure users are unblocked and empowered to work effectively. • Provide a white-glove support experience by troubleshooting issues. • Develop relationships with users, enhance their experience. • Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering and Operations teams. • Support customer onboarding and implementations.
