ā¢ 4-6 years in commercial roles (ideally within B2B SaaS). ā¢ Experience in top-tier, VC-backed companies or similar high-ambition settings. ā¢ Proven track record in highly competitive categories, consistently hitting and exceeding quotas with perseverance and hard work. ā¢ Consistently closed deals with ARR between $50k-100k range. ā¢ You're career oriented and have ambition goals for yourself, making the necessary sacrifices to reach them. ā¢ You move fast and set a high pace for those around you. ā¢ You know how to adapt and adjust your communication style and approach depending on the audience, whether a senior executive or a junior operator. ā¢ You're likely to build your own company in the future or have previous entrepreneurial experience, with a drive to contribute to building something of meaningful scale. ā¢ You have outstanding skills in building relationships and in all forms of communication, and are capable of influencing and gaining trust.
