Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. • Engaging with senior stakeholders with a track record of navigating complex decision-making processes. • 10+ years of demonstrated experience driving new business growth, ideally in SaaS sales or HR consulting. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills creating persuasive presentations. • Genuine desire to understand clients' needs and help their businesses succeed. • Highly motivated, take initiative, and consistently deliver results. • Proficiency with CRM software and prospecting tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and innovation. • Understand sales metrics and leverage data insights to inform decisions.
