Description
• Manage a portfolio of global clients and internal delivery teams • Provide support to the Associate Director, Client Services • Generate agency growth through operational excellence and strategic thinking • Independently craft digital marketing strategies for large clients • Lead delivery teams across different time zones • Take financial ownership of client accounts and projects
Requirements
• Exceptional client management skills with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders • Demonstrable experience in a similar role in a fast-paced agency setting • Strategic ability to plan for the longer term as well as day-to-day challenges • Proven ability to generate commercial growth, ideally in an agency Account Management function • Confidence in presenting to clients and handling difficult situations • Exceptional financial acumen • Excellent line and people management skills • Hands-on experience of digital marketing channels – PPC, Social and Digital PR • Experience in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
