Description

• Develop and execute the financial strategy to support Fresha's growth objectives. • Prepare and develop insightful performance reports, and analysis. • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes. • Manage relationships with investors and financial institutions. • Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing internal controls. • Optimise cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management. • Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. • Build and lead a high-performing finance team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Financial Expertise: Deep knowledge of financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, reporting, and accounting principles. • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth and manage risks effectively. • Investor Relations: Proven track record in managing relationships with investors and financial institutions. • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a focus on building high-performing teams. • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in complex financial data. • Communication and Influencing Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present financial information effectively. • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, embracing change with flexibility and resilience.
