• Be a qualified accountant with extensive experience managing finance operations • Experience in finance within an online business environment • Proven track record in senior-level financial management roles • Strong leadership and team management abilities • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Previous experience in the coffee or hospitality industry • Experience leading finance transformation initiatives or process improvements • Experience managing financial operations in a global or multi-national context • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting
