• We’re looking for an exceptional Finance Director who will be responsible for leading Finance at Lindus Health • Working closely with our leadership team to define and deliver on our long term strategy and financial goals • This is an on-site role in London with a flexible (hybrid) office arrangement • You will report into Michael (Co-founder) and work closely with the wider business including Operations, Commercial and Clinical Operations.
• 8+ years professional experience, including within a startup or scaleup environment and having led a Finance team • Strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and financial strategic planning • Proven track record of driving financial performance and operational efficiency • Keen eye and attention to detail, matched with the comfort of working in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity and the ability to adapt processes and forecasting assumptions are key • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Highly proficient in account software (Xero preferable) and working with Excel/GSheets, comfortable with data analysis and presentation
