Description
• The VP / Director will work in a team environment with other StepStone team members and will focus on (a) Research and (b) Advisory. • The VP / Director will have exposure to all levels of the Firm, from the Partners to Analysts, on a daily basis. • Responsible for Research on Primary Funds, Separately Managed Accounts, Secondaries, and Co-Investments • Responsible for Advisory, including portfolio allocation, and cash flow models • Regular monitoring of client portfolios and performance • Assist Sales and Client Support teams on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and portfolio management • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience, Fluent in German, Leadership potential, High proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Experience in valuation and investment analysis are desired skills/attributes
Requirements
