• A Director to join our team who will act as an inspiring leader within a fast-growing financial services consulting business. • Proactively develop and grow BeyondFS, directly contributing to our sales and business development process, responsible for leading and delivering our largest and most complex transformation programmes and managing critical internal projects. • Enhance company culture and be a role model to others. • Proven experience in leading and delivering complex transformation programmes. • Support the development of others within the team and training and coaching more junior colleagues. • Specialist in leading and delivering financial crime transformation programmes with in-depth experience. • Extensive knowledge of AML and Fraud technology tools, financial crime regulatory requirements, financial crime operating models, and best practices.
• 15+ years of financial services experience, preferably in banking with consulting and industry experience. • Significant experience operating at a senior level across client organisations (C-Level). • Proven sales track record including opening key accounts and extending client engagements. • Knowledgeable in financial crime compliance related assessments/gap analysis. • Extensive network in the financial crime domain and confident industry events speaker.
• Competitive renumeration: base salary from £140k depending on experience, up to 20% sales bonus and up to 20% bonus based on company performance. • 25 days holiday increasing by a day for each year in service to a total of 29 days (plus we will give you your birthday off) • Additional leave: you can buy extra days up to a maximum of 30 per year • Flexible benefits: £3000 annual allowance from day one of employment for you to allocate as you wish.
