• Director position within a fast-growing financial services consulting business • Directly contribute to sales and business development process • Lead and deliver largest and most complex transformation programmes • Proactively develop and grow BeyondFS • Enhance company culture and be a role model for consultants • Not for the faint-hearted, fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 15+ years of financial services experience, preferably in banking with a blend of consulting and industry experience • Significant experience operating at a senior level across client organisations (C-Level) and building trusted relationships with client sponsors and stakeholders • Proven experience in leading and delivering complex transformation programmes • Known for your deep expertise and are a subject matter expert in your field • Proven sales track record which will include opening key accounts and extending and expanding client engagements • Specific expertise in leading and delivering financial crime transformation programmes with experience of delivering first-line change

Benefits

• Competitive renumeration: This is made up of a base salary from £140k depending on experience, up to 20% sales bonus and up to 20% bonus based on company performance. • Leave: 25 days holiday increasing by a day for each year in service to a total of 29 days (plus we will give you your birthday off) • Additional leave: you can buy extra days up to a maximum of 30 per year • Flexible benefits: £3000 annual allowance from day one of employment for you to allocate as you wish.
