Description

• Join the UK’s market leading restructuring and advisory tax team • Provide tax advice on the restructuring of financially distressed businesses • Oversee compliance across a broad spectrum of business sectors • Mentor and develop junior team members • Manage the effective delivery of indirect tax projects • Keep up to date with indirect tax legislation and practical changes • Responsible for managing team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• CTA qualified with excellent VAT technical and analytical skills • Broad UK VAT technical knowledge/experience • Strong partial exemption, insolvency and M&A experience is very useful • A commitment to team working • Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks • Ability to build strong client relationships, both internal and external • Existing strong client and market relationships
